(the “Registrant”) stated above consists of 1,250,000 additional shares reserved for issuance under the Registrant’s Amended and Restated 2018 Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The maximum number of shares which may be sold upon the exercise of such options or issuance of stock-based awards granted under the Plan is subject to adjustment in accordance with certain anti-dilution and other provisions of the Plan.
